DEPOSIT All new tenants are obliged to pay one month's rent as a deposit at the start of their tenancy. This deposit will be returned to the payee on vacation of the property, provided that the room is left in a clean fit state and that the contract terms have been fulfilled. RENT Rent is payable weekly or monthly in advance by the tenant and includes Council tax, Water Rates and Repairs, however excludes the provision of Gas and Electricity. EARLY TERMINATION If a tenant wishes to terminate their agreement before the contract has expired, they should contact staff at Twenty-First Century Land at the soonest opportunity to discuss arrangements. Failure to do so could lead to their deposit being withheld. CHILDREN AND PETS We have a strict "no children or pets residing on the premises" policy. This is to protect the comfort of all our tenants.
